The Women’s Center has 24 full time and 3 part time employees. Our Shelter is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Interns, who are required to take a minimum of 58-60 hours of training, help our staff provide advocacy and counseling services to clients and assist with the 24 hour HELPLINE.

Community involvement through the United Way Day of Caring provides much needed help to the Center with building and grounds maintenance projects along with volunteers who help with mailings, fundraising events and healing projects with our clients.

Staff can be reached by email at annex@womenscenterbc.org or by dialing (724) 775 -2032.

The Women’s Center has made significant changes that positively impact victims and survivors in our community. One of our ongoing challenges is to remain an advocacy and social justice organization working for change, as well as being a service provider. The staff members and volunteers at the Women’s Center are dedicated and committed to our mission, which makes all the difference to the people we serve.
